Marc Jacobs, a free man for Fall 2014

Who Is The New Supreme?

To the sound of Jessica Lange's monotonous and ominous-to-some-while-soothing-to-others voice, models stomped out the long trek of the Marc Jacobs Fall 2014 runway. With 70s lines and silhouettes by way of bellbottom trousers and deep v-necklines, and a muted palette of pale blues, mauves and even taupe, Marc Jacobs presented his first collection since leaving the house of Louis Vuitton.

Hurtling towards an impending IPO offering, the designer and his still LVMH-owned brand served up a renewed interest, incorporating his new accessories collection as well as colors from his new beauty lines and even throwing a silent curveball, calling on Kardashian-Klan member Kendall Jenner to model for the show. Happy days are indeed here again.

Somewhere in America, Miley is still twerking.
